Photo Booth Operator and Studio Assistant

  • You:

    • Easily approachable, self-motivated, responsible, and inquisitive. Friends would describe you as someone who can talk to a lamp post.

    • Available on evenings and weekend nights in particular. Most photo booth events will be scheduled weeks in advance, but every once in a while there will be a last minute gig with a few days notice.

    • Interested in the events industry. You will have direct access to a network that can help you learn and grow in this field, and I need someone on my team who is stoked by that idea.

    • Able to lift about 30 pounds and set up cumbersome equipment

    • Have reliable transportation, and are not intimidated by looking for parking downtown.

  • Us:

    • Experienced professional photographer and entrepreneur, in business for 9 years.

    • No office, no uniform, we’re casual. We are a fun-loving and laid back company with one goal: providing a badass photo booth experience.

    • Enthusiastic about the events industry, and willing to share experiences with aspiring individuals.

  • Opportunity:

    • $20/hr representing Nicole Ryan Photography and/or Think Outside the Booth (typical shift is 4-6 hours)

    • $12/hr admin and business assistance (~5 hours/week, flexible)

Photo Booth gigs will vary at locations around Austin. Administrative work can largely be done remotely from home, and training will occur at the Nicole Ryan Photography studio.
